2) Q: What is the MOQ?

A: Different designs MOQ is different, some designs MOQ just 2pcs, some designs MOQ is 1000pcs. 

Need to make sure of the product details first.

3) Q: Are you a trading company or a factory?

A: We are a factory has 15 years experience in producing kinds of weighing scales, digital scales, electronic scales, kitchen scales, weight scales, 

crane scale, hanging scale, industial scale, lab balance, body scale, weight machine, height scale, mechanical scale, etc.

4) Q: Can I print our logo on the products and change the color of the products?

A: Yes, all colors and patterns are available, other OEM / ODM requests are also be welcomed.

5) Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, sure. For some low price items, the sample can be free, client just need to afford the shipping cost.

For high value items, client need to pay the sample fee ad shipping fee firstly. The money can be refunded

when place the final bulk order.

6) Q: What certificates do your products have?

A: Most of our products have CE, ROHS, REACH, and LFGB certificates. Don't worry about the quality!

7) Q: What's your delivery time?

A: Usually, the sample time is about 2-5 days; the bulk production time can be within 30 days!

8) Q: What is your accepted payment method?

A: We can accept T/T, Western Union, L/C at sight. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment!
